Using yoga and meditation, I will help you develop a more connected relationship with yourself. You will discover what you need to stay grounded when anxiety is on the rise whether that means slowing down to feel your breath - or to asking for hug! 

Letting go of utopian expectations allows the mind to ease up on unnecessary chatter so the process can be more playful. When one remains unattached to a perfect outcome, every moment that unfolds is perfect. 

In planning a wedding you have the chance to figure out what is truly important to you both. Decide to carry with you and what to shed as you transition into this new and exciting phase of life.

It takes dedication to be present in the moment. But it will be worth it when you can stand true to yourself, comfortable in your own skin and offer your highest self to the relationship you are about to enter.

Yoga on your wedding day: 

You get to shift your experience into your body and feel the moment by connecting with your breath. It is a great way to set the tone for the rest of the day so you can soak it all in.  All the planning is now done so flip your palms up, surrender and commit to a hell of a party!

  • All-levels class the morning of your wedding for as many people as you would like to have with you.
  • This includes a private session beforehand so I am better equipped to hold space for you on your day.
