Beyond teaching asana & philosophy, I facilitate an experience. My intention is to guide you on a journey toward Self and remind you to breathe along the way. The cadence of class is set to a soundtrack of music and breath making way for a flowing meditation resembling the expansion and contraction of nature's cycles. 

Practicing with sangha (community) is powerful. We share in the work and in the breath to become a part of something greater than ourselves. This inspires us to uncover new depths and push past limits. And more bodies = more heat which helps to soften chronically tight spots.
